Hoe vaak met de neus op de salontafel geland? :D
Ik heb heb met handenstand op de parallettes wel eens een stoeltje van de kleine kapot gemaakt door erop te landen, het stoeltje brak de val met de salontafel, sindsdien krijg ik altijd een mentale stop bij zulke oefeningen, best jammer want het begon net lekker te gaan ermee 😬

De fietstest/conditietest bij de cardioloog voor de mechanische mitralisklep ging uitstekend.
Vorig jaar zat ik 10% onder het gemiddelde en vandaag 4% erboven, sterk bezig zei de cardioloog 😁
