.Me: whats all this about you quitting bro?
-are you ganna atleast mantain your physique?
-can u give us some more info?
thanks bro, the misc still loves you
Narciuss:
I love the misc too, they are good people following a passion. There are a number of reasons I was considering quitting. You can be my spokesperson if you want. lol (no homo)
1. My joints are absolutely fkd. Every joint clicks and aches after a workout despite taking glucosamine and milk with my protein shakes which is an excessive amount for daily calcium intake.
2. I have recently lost 5kg of lean muscle from medication I been taking for anxiety. Note that I have not changed any dietary or training regimes in this time frame.
3. I had to stop taking caffeine due to stomach inflammation and anxiety problems which significantly affected my weights training motivation and shredding routine.
4. I recently got employed by CSIRO (science research) as a vacation student (for 3 months) and am undertaking a Masters in Science with them next year. I am hoping to publish a paper with them over this summer (as a vacation student) so that I may pursue a career in computational modelling research. I therefore have little time to go to the gym and handle other life requirements (spending time with friends, family and girlfriend)
5. I have a girlfriend who I am commited to and it is not entirely necessary to put all my effort into having a super-aesthetic body. Back when I didnt have a girlfriend having an aesthetic body was unbelievable for attracting girls though.
6. Basing my whole life around having an aesthetic body associates you with the, "roided up muzza" crowd which I am not too fond of. Its not exactly the type of fame I am really after.
7. There is alot more to life than doing repetitive things. I mean, look at arnie, he moved from bodybuilder to actor to governor. This phase dies out eventually so its good to focus your energy in excelling at other things.
Haha its a reasonable consideration. Dont get me wrong, I love the gym and I value the passion, commitment and self-esteem it provides for people. I especially love the aesthetics. lol.
Train hard, keep aesthetic because, "you have no game buddy... thats my style". LMAO (my quote makes no sense)
Kind regards,
Narcissus
P.S. btw I was going to get back into martial arts again which should still keep my physique looking nice and athletic.
