I was reading about supplements to use after training, and that was not so clear if I should use bcaa or amino complex, or both.
I have here Amino 1500 complex( Precision Engineered), and I see that it has...
L-Isoleucine: 82,28 mg
L-Leucine: 132,65 mg
L-Valine: 71,63 mg per tablet( and many more aminoacids)

And the Sportslab's bcaa has
L-Isoleucine: 175 mg
L-Leucine: 350 mg
L-Valine: 350 mg

If you take 9(as recommended) amino 1500/day will be:
L-Isoleucine: 1575 mg
L-Leucine: 3150 mg
L-Valine: 2150 mg

against: 2 caps Sportslab's bcaa

L-Isoleucine: 350 mg
L-Leucine: 700 mg
L-Valine: 700 mg

Thats a huge difference :bang:

which one should I take?

i think bcaa is taking before ur workout to protect the muscles if u are doing cario

amino's are taking after the workout to recover ur damaged muscletissue.but amino's are the best bc the body allmost use it without breaking it to other state.
