hey all,
people probably asked this question a million times but should i clean bulk, bulk, or cut?
lemme tell you my ' story first ' . I used to play a lot of rugby while in highschool and i needed some weight to play efficient on my position. I also always had i some excess body fat. These rugby training/ matches kept me resonably fit ( according to my standards ). But now i'm in college and playing rugby is only for the weekends now.
So i decided a couple weeks ago to try get a little bigger and leaner doing some bbroutines and dieting. I went of to the jim and started lifting weigths. Stupid thing to do cause i knew shit about it . But i gave me a taste of this training and , hell , i like it.
So after some reading on this awesome site about nutrition and stuff i decided to give it a serious shot.
I'd like to get a bit more buff and leaner, but i'm kinda reluctant to start taking these crazy numbers of calories in :s. Cause the last thing i wonna gain is fat .. I've seen and read some articles from people on this forum who managed to make steady gains and losing fat at the same time. Is this doable or just bs ? but the main question what should i do start cutting and training, with lots of cardio or bulk or....?
