Three millionaires from India plan to build a town for 30 000 inhabitants near the village of Rosen, in the region of Sozopol on the Black Sea coast. The new town will be called Green City and will have several luxurious hotels with huge swimming pools and four-storey residential buildings. The urban development plan will be soon submitted to the Sozopol municipal council for discussion. The investors of the project are Pramod Bateja, Bal Sindh Sidhu and Gurmahil Sind Mahal. Olympic and world weightlifting champion Assen Zlatev is the Bulgarian partner in the project.
