Ik begrijp dat iedereen geen suiker wil eten, maar als ik mij pizza wilt eten dan doe ik dat. Leven is kort, geniet van die kleine dingen![]()
I find life is long. Yes enjoy things, but eat healthy every day and sometimes pizza is no problem then.

And those cravings is because your body also needs sugar. 3 banana's would be to much sugar icm with the rest of your food. And kiwi's are high in vitamin C. Whitout 2 of them or some broccoli it is hard to get enough vitamin C without supplement.
