Is dit een goed trainingsschema om mee te beginnen?


Maandag:
Chest: 3 sets of pushups (push-ups), as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups (pull-ups), as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets.
Legs: 3 sets of lunges, 6-12 reps per set with 60s between sets
Abs: Two sets of crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Woensdag:
Chest: 3 sets of pushups, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups (pull-ups), as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets
Legs: 3 sets of lunges, 6-12 reps per set with 60s between sets
Abs: Two sets of crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Chest: 3 sets of pushups, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups (pull-ups), as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets
Legs: 3 sets of lunges, 6-12 reps per set with 60s between sets
Abs: Two sets of crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
Cardio: 20 minutes - jog, brisk walk or bike

vrijdag:

Chest: 3 sets of pushups, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups (pull-ups), as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets
Legs: 3 sets of lunges, 6-12 reps per set with 60s between sets
Abs: Two sets of crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

En hoeveel REPS kan ik het best doen?
 
dit is een schema zonder gewichten, het is met je eigen geicht. dus hangt het vanaf hoe sterk je bent. ik zou net als hier staat doorgaan tot faillure(als je niet meer kan) en dan rust en daarna de volgende set, je zult zien dat je na een aantal weken al een stuk sterker bent. succes!
 
Voor jouw leeftijd is het wel een leuk schematje om mee te beginnen. :)
