shit verzendkosten supps zijn verhoogd!

Ik weet niet precies waar ik dit moet plaatsen maar ik heb dus supplementen (eiwitten) besteld uit amerika van proteinfactory. Ik heb betaald met mastercard. Nu 2 dagen na de bestelling krijg ik een email met het volgende bericht:

Hi .....,

Thank you for your order with us. Unfortunately, the shipping cost that was given to you on the website was under estimated. The correct cost would be $82.50 vs. the $34.70 that was given to you. If you wish to pay the difference, your order will be shipped out to you as soon as we get a response. If not, your order will be deleted.

Please respond to this email as soon as possible.

Ik heb dus al betaald met Mastercard maar ik zie het niet zitten om bijna 50 dollar extra aan verzendkosten te betalen. Maar, hoe ga ik het oplossen? Als ik het wil annuleren wordt het totale bedrag van de supplementen + berekende verzendkosten dan weer terruggestort op mijn creditcard ofwat? Of is het er nog niet van afgehaald? Hoe zit dat precies?
Ik wil er het liefst nu van. Maar ik wil in geen geval, dat ik het cancel en dat ik vervolgens geen supplementen heb en het bedrag wel van mijn rekening is afgehaald.

Ik kreeg trouwens 3 uur na dit mailtje wel een mailtje van USPS shipping services

Nee dat zou ik zeker niet doen. Wel een klein dilemma.
Lees de voorwaarden op die site goed door en stuur een degelijke mail.
Je rekeningnummer kan je toch wel geven voor het terugstorten?
Klinkt klote, maar een degelijk bedrijf lost dit toch zo op?

nee, het staat gepland om vandaag te worden verzonden. Mits proteinfactory denk ik groenlicht geeft dat het in orde is. Zolang ik niet die extra verzendkosten betaal zal het denk ik niet worden verzonden.

weet jij dat trouwens als je iets besteld met een cc. wordt het dan direct afgeschreven of niet. ik heb dus deze order geplaatst maar weet nu niet of het nu al van mijn cc is afgehaald of niet.

dat bedrijf zou wel zelf die extra shippingkosten mogen betalen vind ik. Wat een afzetterij. Al ligt dit aan het transportbedrijf dan nog is je order geplaatst nog voor die nieuwe prijzen gehanteerd waren. Ik denk trouwens dat ze nog steeds winst maken. Zij MOETEN instaan voor deze kosten. Zoniet willen ze je pakken bij je piet. Volgende keer dan maar bestellen bij een betere amerikaanse winkel. Veel success alleszinds
