I have been cutting for about 12 weeks now in which I have lost 15 kg of fat mass. (1500kcal max per day, 30 grams of fat max per day and at least 150 grams of protein)

I am now 19 and want to compete in powerlifting before my 23rd, and currently I have the following PRs:

Bench: 115kg
DL: 160kg
Squad : 160kg

Now I was wondering what a good schedule is. Recently I did a different muscle group 5 days a week. Now I plan to go for 6 days and train each muscle group 2x. including the main exercises twice a week. 1x Max weight and 1x max reps.

Is that a good idea or should I approach it differently?

Maybe adjust your stats first?

Why max 1500 kcal? Crashdieting is never good.
Why max 30 gr of fat? You neede fats in your diet.

Why 1rep max every week?
Why max reps every week?
That wil burn you out.
Try push pull legs rest repeat.
Try youtube... for example s and futher info about frequency and how heavy.
It's a sport not a punischment :thumb:
