Hey guys
las vandaag dit heb even alles gekopieerd:
Here is the problem with 99.9% of the strength and
muscle building advice coming from "YouTube Experts"
and bone-head bloggers...
They don't know dog dookie about digestion and
physiology.
Sure they might agree that "diet it 90%" of the game when
it comes to building lean muscle... but do they know why?
This is critically important for YOU to understand, so put
on yer readin' glasses.
The muscle that you build on the outside of your body is
a direct reflection of your internal health.
Stated in my typical blunt fashion... "If look shitty on the
outside it's because your all shitty on the inside."
(Tag me on facebook if you re-post that quote
An nowhere is this fact more vital than as it relates to
your DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
The health of your digestive system will determine...
#1. The strength and coïtusiness of your core! - if you have
poor digestion then you'll likely have inflammation of the
colon.
And inflamed colon (or bloatedness) will cause ALL the deep
abdominal muscles to shut down via "viscerosomatic inhibition".
I'll tell you more about that big fancy term another time.
#2. The food and supplements you take are rendered USELESS.
Look, just cuz you stuff it into your mouth and swallow does not
mean your digesting, assimilating and eliminating it efficiently.
In fact if your digestive system is all mucked up then it would be
far better to just grab a steak, some collard greens and your creatine
pills and flush it down the toilet... cuz thats where its goin'!
** BIG Spectacular TIP Of The Day **
According to "The Iron Guru" Vince Gironda, as well as any
medical professional, trainers or coach worth their weight in
protein powder....
---> Drinking Water During Meals Is BAD NEWS! <----
Sounds weird right?
Well here is the logic.
Your stomach and supportive digestive organs produces a mixture
of acids and enzymes that help you break down the food you eat
for better absorption.
Think if your stomach like a washing machine and the enzymes as
the detergent.
If you add too much water to the detergent it becomes diluted and
is less effective in the washing of your clothes.
Well it is the same with digestion. If you add too much water to the
"machine" while your body is producing enzymes and acids to
break it down... your digestive capacity is greatly reduced.
This means you are literally going to shit out undigested food that
never makes its way to your muscle.
PLUS, this can lead to a ton of other nasty "diseases".
I can not stress enough just how important it is to only take fitness
advice from someone who REALLY understands the human body
and how it works.
One "guru" who always took pride in the muscle building craft and
never compromised his integrity for a quick, but empty return was
Vince Gironda.
In fact "Don't drink water during your meals" is one of his
10 Bodybuilding Commandments on page 84 in The "must have"
muscle building resource, "The Myth & Legend".
If you're anything like me your library of old school muscle building
books, resources, DVDs and texts books gets bigger and bigger every
month.
This is by far one of my favorite books in my entire library.
Keep Getting Stronger (EVERYDAY),

PS - Getting stronger also means getting smarter. Dedicate your life
to this craft and you will be lean, strong, fit, happy, healthy and vital
until the day they put your body in a pine box!
