Testo Booster

Hi all

I'm very new here, so I wanted to post my question I have about testo boosters or PH.

I'm lifting weights for quite a time now and I'd like to take a testo booster or PH.

I've read alot about several boosters on forums, but I can't figure out which one is 'relatively' safe and provide those gains that they promise.

Can someone help out here?

daniel20 already said it, but it's very important to make the statement that eating enough to grow works better than what any weightgainer could ever achieve.

I already know that eating is a number 1 priority to gain some weight. I'm eating 7 times a day.

My cal intake is over 2700, 160 gr proteins etc...
But I need some extra gains.

I've read somethings about Tropinol, Natadrol & Formadrol but all I read is negative...
 
2700 , try to add 300 like every 1 > 2 weeks and see how it goes

This is some good advice.

2700kcal is not very much. I myself eat about 3500-3700 and you are according to your stats more than 15KG above my stats en you'r also leaner. Meaning that your calorie intake isn't high enough.
