So yesterday I won britains strongest man 2015.
Was a tough day and set a new British record of 211kg in the log press. Nearly locked out 220kg but lost my balance and folded myself in half lol. Stood up.. Brushed my shoulders off and carried on though.
Won 4 events and 2 second places, feeling in the shape of my life right now' weighing 173kg / 380lbs' Fit, healthy and hungry.
Competing in America and Australia next month in two huge contests organised by Arnold Schwarzenegger , then onto Malaysia the month after to compete in the worlds strongest man 2015.
Many said I'd never win it... that I'm just a one trick pony... Well to you people I say thank you!,' It's you guys who throw the fuel into the fire and get me more stoked up.

Takes some bottle to say that but you can't destroy a mans self belief once he's convinced himself.
100% that golden globe trophy is coming back to Britain in my lifetime!
