week deload gehad, dus gewoon nog elke dag naar de gym maar alleen eerste set altijd gedaan.
Vanaf vandaag weer er tegen aan :D

Waarom schrijf je overal 10 reps op? Je moet toch in totaal voor 30 reps per oefening gaan?

70kg DB rows zijn erg sterk trouwens - neem aan dat je 35kg per hand is? Alsnog heel sterk. Doe je 'm zo? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl2MnK1i504

Ben hetzelfde aan het volgen mits enkele aanpassingen
(incline bench vervangen door incline dubmell chest press)
