24/7 FAQ

Q: What is 24/7?

A: 24/7 is a new way to put your hard earned PTZ to work for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every hour of every day, a new auction will launch and it will last for 24 hours. All you have to do is select the prize (or multiple prizes) you’d like to bid on and enter your maximum bid (you can only bid the PTZ you have). The rest of the work is done for you! Members set the prices. You’ll get an email if you’ve been outbid (you can raise your maximum bid) or if you’ve won!

Q: How is it different from general redemptions?

A: General redemptions meant camping for hours (sometimes days!), only to have the most popular prizes be gone in a short time—and we set the prices. You’ve told us that you want a better way to redeem—-and you want to have more time to choose the prize you want. You also want a redemption process that is fair and that rewards our most loyal members with the chance to use PTZ anytime in every time zone. We listened!

Q: What are the advantages of an auction?

A: No camping, no rushing. You can be deliberate about what you choose—and you can bid on multiple items simultaneously. If you don’t see what you want, another auction will go live an hour later—every hour of the day.

Q: Where can I find it?

ach ja, hoe meer ze hun punten er door spelen bij de veilingen,
hoe minder er meedoen aan de shop/ UW redemptions.

Veiling is wel een goede manier om iets zeker te krijgen ipv mazzel bij een redemption.. echter hebben er vele nu 100k of meer punten door het 3x3 gebeuren..

dus die doen 1 bod, en niemand gaat daar meer overheen..
(ok dat houd ook een keer op..)
