Lijkt me nogal onwaarschijnlijk dat je 95kg pakt met leg extensions en maar 160 leg pressed, bij leg extensions hou je best 1 a 2 tellen pauze wanneer je benen gestrekt zijn, je zal dan waarschijnlijk terugvallen naar een 30kg maar je doet et op zen minst wel goed dan :)
