hoe gaat het verder met je gains? kom je nog wat bij? vetpercentage lager?
post eens een pic van je benen dan.
Benen zit er niet in, als je ff terug gelezen had had je gezien dat ik net een probleempje met me quad heb gehad, ff rustig aan met de beentjes.
Kom eigenlijk geen **** meer bij, maar blijf wel op het zelfde gewicht en BF wordt lager.
zit momenteel op 112.4 (ben paar kilotjes kwijt door het niet trainen, griepje, en door me pootje natuurlijk) laat vanavond me BF weer meten, denk nog steeds iets van 5.2-5.4%
wordt wel nog steeds sterker. wil vrijdag een paar PR'rtjes gaan zetten.

Hoe hersteld je quad verder? geen last meer van nu na de aanpassing van de doseringen of nog steeds.
Ben je overigens niet bang dat als je op een heel laag bodyfat percentage blijft zitten dat je gezondheidsprobs gaat krijgen? je doel is 4% maar kan me voorstellen dat vooral in de winter je weerstand er iets minder door wordt.

5% is ook best voor mijn part hoor.

Besloten toch nu echt goed te gaan cutten,
heb wat nieuwe adipex ingeslagen,
nieuwe lichting, dubbel zo zwaar,
voor de liefhebbers: Adipex r*tard,
ik heb een extra zware versie, cabs bestaan uit 32mg phentermine.(dubbel gedoseerd)
pak er 2 p/d smorgens bij opstaan om 06:00, en om 12:00 neem ik er 1.
houdt wel rekening met slaap problemen, is niet echt licht spul.
Ik hou 3-4 low carb dagen aan, onder 280gr Whey.
probeer alleen vlees + wat bruine broodjes te eten.
over de dag verdeeld wel veel groente,
heb vandaag mee: pot spinazie 300gr en 200gr sperziebonen.
1x 250gr biefstuk, 350gr kip. 150gr whey (dit is voor op me werk t/m 16:00)
Stats: 5.2% 113.8 kg. gister gemeten.
gewicht is omlaag door ziekte + quad blessure.

niet nodig man,
schildklier gaat als een gek,
blijf zo droog als ik ben, wordt zelfs droger... honger is ook niet verminderd

sorry sis vindt dat het nu echt te gek wordt 4 a 5 % vet is leuk voor als je wedstrijd gaat doen .maar die gaan ook weer omhoog na een westrijd omdat het niet gezond is om zo lang zo laag te staan .ik vind dat als je op 8 a9 % vet staat je er beter bij staat veel groter dus . dit is hoe ik er over denk .veder ben je een goeide gozer auwe rukker hahahaha
