Post workout meals today! First pic; chicken curry vegetable stirfry on naan bread with a side of cauliflower. As a side-dish we had homemade nacho's, made from corn tortilla's and topped with smoked chicken, lowfat cheese and a bunch of scattered colors... errr vegetables. Homemade dip made of tomato's, peppers, light cream cheese and spices. Second picture is a close up of the awesome nacho's. Dessert; homemade protein truffles created from peanut butter, cocoa powder, whey protein and water > made a dough from it all, shaped the truffles and froze them in. Topped with some strawberries, yogurt and sprinkles - and there's a little regular chocolate pudding in the middle there. Awesome feast (:
