Typische Braziliaan. Bij vlagen echt fantastisch, maar mentaal met totaal andere dingen bezig.Toch niet in positieve zin?
Toegegeven, veel van deze spelers heb ik nooit aan het werk gezien.
Hoe dan ook, wie het over Maldini, Baresi en Tassotti heeft vermeld ook Costacurta. Verder ligt Pirlo in plaats van Schiaffino voor de hand.

De ironie aan het filmpje is dat er nog vrij veel beelden tussen zitten van na zijn neergang. Namelijk het seizoen bij Sao Paulo en Flamengo. Het schiet me wel net te binnen dat het niet alleen zijn gebrek aan concentratie op voetbal was.

Dat linkerbeen is nog altijd legendarisch. Wat een kracht achter zo'n schot.
Het grootste verspilde talent dat ik aan het werk zag. Daarna wellicht Balotelli.
De precisie ook. Ik denk dat we zouden schrikken hoeveel 'we zien wel waar de bal uitkomt' (na een schot op doel) spitsen er rondlopen. Zijn overzicht voor afstandsschoten was ook bizar.
Van een iets andere orde, maar Cassano haalde ook maar een fractie uit zijn carrière. Al geeft hij tenminste toe dat hij nooit Roma had moeten verlaten. Van wat ik las had Totti blijkbaar een vrij goede invloed op hem.

Frontale aanval van boze Gullit op KNVB: 'Ze gaan weer hun eigen gang'
Ruud Gullit zet grote vraagtekens bij de sollicitatieprocedure van de KNVB na het vertrek van Ronald Koeman. Frank de Boer wordt zo goed als zeker bondscoach van Oranje, terwijl 'andere kandidaten van kleur' volgens Gullit niet eens de kans hebben gehad.
