chest and triceps. workout rating: 9.7/10 this workout was great!

paused bench 1-1.5sec powerlifting form, little arched back shoulders back even more.

80(176)x8 (would have try'd 9 with a spotter) narrower grip, 2 fingers from start knurling. still don't know what grip is strongest for me.

incline dumbell press

on both occasions i felt like i had at least 2/3 reps in me before the rep i failed, close grip just instantly dies for me its crazy.

tricep pushdown

weight x 15 for 4 sets. good pump again

robe tricep pushdown

weight x 10 for 3 sets, slow and controlled bodybuildert style.

reverse grip tricep pushdown

weight x 12 for 3 sets.

bodyweight dips cuz i felt like it.

cardio best cardio session ive ever had.

threadmill 47.5 minutes. started with 20 mins running decently high speed, went on to incline walking on max incline, then increased the speed lowered the incline and started slowly increasing the incline till max again, lowered the incline and speed a bit and recovered, last 2 minutes back to max incline and started increasing the speed, last 40 seconds was max incline at 15KHM. felt like i was running up a flight of stairs skipping 2 steps at a time.

i was soaked in sweat after this, friend of mine made a joke asking if someone threw a bucket of water over me.

this entire session burned around 650 kcals according to the machine.

squats and OHP

had a meet of dutch bodybuilding forum, wanted to do deadlifts as well but ran out of time.

squats the weights we started off using were kinda busted up and we quickly realized they weight a lot less than they said.

thnx man, zat trouwens nog geen 2 maanden terug op zelfde of nog minder dan die van jou, 3x per week seated OHP gains for days.

was goede train, volgende keer pakken we ook deadlifts dan doet mijn ego niet zo'n pijn :P

met je easy 2x200 sqaut.

bench this overall felt very heavy and uncomfortable.

90(198)x3 very uncomfortable, switched to paused reps instead because it might feel better.
100(220)x2 paused, spot on last rep, still felt bad.
90(198)x3 paused, easy but felt bad so i called it quits and went to dumbell press hoping it went better.

bench seems to be stalling. if i get this uncomfortable and weak feeling on bench more often i might replace it with dumbbell press for a while, this has helped me get over plateaus in the past.
i would have to find a way to get heavier dumbbells tho because the 40kg 88 lbs are the heaviest in my gym and i think i can hit those for 8+ reps already if i do them 1st.

dutch deadlifting record in the under 84kg class
with deadlift being my only strong lift i know i have no chance to ever get a good total in the powerlifting world, not even in Holland where powerlifting is small. i'm simply to weak and tall :P the deadlifting record for under 84kg and under 23yr's old however is 237.5kg.
i'm hoping to deadift 220kg by summer of 2015 and if i can keep making progress at that rate ill be able to deadlift over 240kg by summer of 2016, if i can get to the 84kg class while still deadlifting 250+ in the gym i will join a competition to try and beat the record.

Je bedoelt -83 klasse. In -84 bestaat niet in Nederland.

Ik weet trouwens zeker dat je tegen de zomer van 2016 wel al 260+ moet deadliften in onze klasse voor het NR.

ja -83.

gaat denk ik indd niet worden, niet zo zeer dat ik de deadlift niet haal maar de gewichtsklasse niet.

ik sta nu al tegen de 10% en zit nog bijna 84 kilo in de ochtend.

hmm best een goed plan, inb4 nogsteeds niet sterk genoeg.
