Zeer sterke trainingen zet je neer. Keep the pr's comming :)
Alleen moet je wel eens wat doen aan die bor's hé, die kunnen wel wat hoger in verhouding ;)

Ik weeg nu 84 kg. En idd, mijn bent over row gaat maar niet omhoog. Ik ga de volgende training 60 proberen.
