Onderstaand schema wil ik een aantal weken gaan doen, huidige statts 98 a 99 kg en 8% vet, zelfde bf als mijn avatar eigenlijk maar dan 5kg zwaarder ;-) , doel is om naar 4% te cutten en dan een amateurwedstrijd doen, wat vinden jullie van dit schema?
