Nee ben gebroken... Zaterdag naar Groningen (Avond ervoor vertrokken)

Kogelslingeren 37.24 nieuw PR en Clubrecord
Discuswerpen ging kut maar wel SB

Gisteren voor het drinken nog rustig getraind

HipSnatch tot een niet zo soepele 80x2
Powerclean met 60 mijn werp elleboog verkloot
wat Rotator Cuff werk en doorbloeding van elleboog ...
 
Niks lekkerders dan cleans voor je ellebogen. :thumbup:
