Zou wel lekker zijn na al die blessures.

Die 150 kilo was binnen 6 maanden na het inscheuren van beide koppen van mijn adductor ;) Ben alleen langzaam toen de squats gaan ditchen omdat ik geen transfer kreeg van Fmax naar Vmax (via Pmax) Maar 100 Hip Splitch met 120 kilo frontsquat leek me ook een beetje uit verhouding (wat een kut post ook eigenlijk :D
