Gisteren een dagje Erasmus.
Mijn vrouw moest voor hoofd, nek en ruggenmerg MRI. Dit ter controle vanwege MS en NMO.
Om te bekijken of de ontstekingen niet opspelen.
Wel mijn ochtend cardio gedaan maar verder geen training.

Mijn hoge dag is 3023 kcal -> 276 gram Protein, 390 gram Carbs, 69 gram Fat.
En ik doe 3 laag 1 hoog.
 
1 hoge dag per 4 dagen en niet per week, als ik het goed begrijp? @NobodySpecial
