Gewicht blijft lekker hard stijgen, vetpercentage is ook wat om hoog maar voel me zoooooveel beter fysiek en mentaal op dit vetpercentage, trainingen gaan giga lekker en zit gewoon giga goed in mn vel. Net heeeerlijke push workout gehad en ff fototje stiekem tussendoor
