this is my last 7 days prep.
6 days out i stopped all injectable hormones..
Prior to stopping the above i was taking 100mg of Test Prop+100mg of Tren Ace, mon,wed, fri.
Also was taking 50mg Anavar daily up until show day.
50 mcg T3 a day
4 Proviron (100mg) a day.
2 x 10mg Halo a day, AM/PM
Sunday 11th October, 3 days of Depletion.
100g carbs (basmati rice)+ 300g of protein, (white fish)
5 litres of tap water.
3g Vic c a day.
3 x 30 mins walking + 15 mins posing.
Training; chest & arms 45 min of 15 rep per set, 45 sec rest between sets.
Monday 12th October
50g carbs + 300g of protein, (white fish) and throw in 1 x 250g fillet of steak meal.
5 litres of tap water.
4g Vic c a day.
3 x 30 mins walk + 15 mins posing.
Training back & shoulders same as above.(supersets)
Tuesday 13th October
50g carbs, + 2 x 250g fillet steak meals,3 x 30 mins walk +15 mins posing.
Training 2 x 30 mins workout AM chest & arms PM back & shoulders.
5 litres of tap water daily, no squash or diet drinks.
Vit c 5g daily.
Aldactone take 50mg before bed. Tue eve.
British finals last few days food.2009 Loading.
Wednessday 14th oct 1st day of loading;
Take 25mg aldactone on waking up, pose hard for 20 mins before breakfast.
Take another 25mg of aldactone before bed.
Drink 6 litres of tap water every day.
Take 6g vit c spread throughout the day.
Eating hours 6am,8,10,12pm,2,4,6,8,10.
Meal 1; 100g oats,200g banana,4 rice cakes,2 scoops of pro peptide,
Meal 2; 100g oats, 100g banana, 4 rice cakes, 200g fillet steak.
Meal 3-8 ; 100g oats, 100g banana, 4 rice cakes, 70g cooked turkey.
Meal 9 ; 100g oats,100g banana,4 rice cakes,2 scoops of pro peptide
Weigh myself after last meal and first thing next morning.
Thursday 15th oct 2nd day of loading same as above. plus 25mg aldactone before breakfast and bed.
Friday 16th oct 3rd day of loading same as above. plus 25 mg of aldactone before breakfast and bed.
8g vit c a day.
Tap water until 2pm then evian water 7 litres in total of water for today.
Saturday 17th eat rice cakes , banana, honey and pineapple throughout the day.
Saturday night stop water at 7.30pm, and have unseasoned steak and chips with no salt, later in the evening have rice cakes and banana with some pineapple.
Sunday morning 18th oct 2009(finals day),
25mg aldactone on waking up,
First meal, 4 fried eggs, 200g boiled potatoes,
2 g vit c, + then graze on rice cakes, banana, honey, pineapple until going onstage,
1-1.5 hours before going onstage take 1 pack of plasma jet. onstage around 11.30am.
I weighed in at 75.6kg
