ik geef je gelijk, maar het is ook een ego-boost als je een nieuw PR maakt met je benchpress of dergelijke oefeningen, het gaat uiteindelijk om de massa, maar kracht erbij hebben maakt het af.

jup en bergen kipfilet, melk, tonijn, chocomel, eieren... enneh enneh... kalkoen en 20 treeën muscle milk (lekker spul trouwens)
