ik heb sinds kort ook k-buster in mijn trainingen verwerkt , voelt toch weer net even iets anders dan de french press of lying triceps extension - ik vind hem zwaarder

is een goeie voor de triceps.
ik zet de bank altijd laag incline voor het beste result.
