Ik ben gisteren begonnen met mn nieuwe UB/LB split schema, hiervoor heb ik even met HST geflirt om vervolgens snel weer in mijn oude vertrouwde 4 daagse split (dus elke spiergroep 1x per week) terug te vallen.
Het schema:
UB1: medium parallel-grip chins, wide grip rows, incline bench press, flyes, shoulder press, bicep curls, tricep extension
LB1: squats, leg curls, calf raises, leg raises, abs machine
UB2: sternum chins, narrow-grip rows, benchpress, dips, shrugs, bicep curl, tricep extension
LB2: zie LB1
UB1 20/11/2006:
Medium parallel-grip chins :: 2x5, 1x4
Machine rows wide-grip :: 10x45, 8x59, 7x66
Incline bench press :: 10x40, 6x70 (PR), 8x60
Cable cross :: 10x14, 8x18, 6x23
Barbell shoulder press :: 10x25, 6x45, 10x35
Incline dumbbell curls :: 15x8, 12x10, 8x12
Incline tricep extension :: 10x25, 7x30, 4x35
2x10 minuten crosstrainer
