Waar loop je tegenaan mbt je voeding?

Honger, “zin”, is het niet lekker, moeite met preppen, eentonig?

Overal is een oplossing voor, maar je kan echt gigantisch meer vooruitgang boeken als je plan van aanpak wat beter is. Je trainingen zijn het probleem niet, voeding is waar het vooralsnog mis lijkt te gaan
