What's he doing?
Always he is giving everyone - who's not asking for it - the latest tips. Full squat is actually better for your knees, no you don't need breakfast, inner chest is impossible to isolate. Even about steroids he can tell you quite some stuff. When he is talking to his self projected students he is always talking a bit to loud to assure himself that everyone can hear about his supernatural knowledge.
What's he getting right?
'He will always be dedicated and ready to help anyone' says a former DBB-member. 'His training programm is mostly the one which is currently the hype at his infoboard.' Starting Strenght, 3 day split, Bill Starr, WSB, 4 day Split, he has seen it all, done it all.
What could he improve?
Less thinking, more lifting. Although he is coming to the gym for 4 years he still benches his own bodyweight for 5 reps, and 'FULL squats' about 220 lbs. He neglects his bony arms because all he needs are compound lifts and isolate exercises are a waist of time. Als he has a big problem getting leaner than 14%.
What not to say?
'Zyzz is nothing special, yes he does look good but everyone can get that body in 1,5 year of training and not look that gay'.
