Elbow felt shitty during whole training, because of treatment the day before yesterday

Moet echt ff gaan opletten met elleboog, over een week heb ik mijn eerste (werp)training in Portugal, en dan moet het vrijwel pijnloos zijn. Voor nu beschouw ik het gewoon als een reactie pijntje na fysio behandeling

Gisteren (Zondag) Voor het eerst met speren gegooid in maanden. Voelde best aardig, ff kijken wat mijn lichaam er vond voor ik over een paar dagen los mag ;)

Nog steeds lichte irritatie aan biceps brachii (bij aanhechting elleboog, opletten dus) en wat spanning op onderarm flexoren (zal wel van werptraining zijn)

Trainen blijft wel fun op deze manier.. Maar 6 seconden eccentrics zijn fucking kut, al helemaal als je geen spotter op squat hebt, en iemand op halve kracht met bench haha. Moeders stond daar te barbell rowen met 100 kilo, terwijl ik 20x voor had gedaan dat ze moest deadliften
