Weer een fysio behandeling gehad sind lange tijd, daarna nog ff op de crosstrainer.

3.3 km, hbm 115, Kcal 330 weerstand op 15 en 20' (2/3 max)
Ging zwaar na de Beentraining van gisteren, vanmiddag weer een loopje doen :)

Rustdag vandaag dus werken aan mn tan 🌞
