Afgelopen weken mijn Adidas Power Perfect 2's binnen gekregen en vandaag voor het eerst mee gesquat. Had niet verwacht dat dit zoveel verschil zou maken! Voel me veel stabieler, en door de verhoogde hak is mijn squat ook veel meer quad-dominant.
