(mits ik tussentijds niet faal). 110 Kg is nu mijn absolute 5 rm en ik kan me eerlijk gezegd nog niet voor de geest halen dat ik een paar minuten dat gewicht op mijn schouders heb en de 20 haal.


Ik zou denk ik toch lekker zwaar gaan!
