thanks! anterior ( quads, chest, ticeps, sides) posterior, deaddies, hamstrings, glutes, back, biceps, dan repeat of een x fullbody of 2x fullbody, net hoe het uitkomt, bench weer aan het uitbouwen, inclines, legpress, hacksquats, deaddies zijn als staple, maar met deaddies is mijn belastbaarheid niet al te hoog, dus wil nu eens omgooien en stifflegges gedaan
