@vsral: welke verzendmethode had je gekozen dan? Want ik heb 98 euro betaald voor die 4 potten, inclusief shipping (goedkoopste optie).
Ik heb nog steeds m'n bestelling niet binnen. Dus ik heb een mail gestuurd en ik heb ook een reactie gekregen. WTF!!! Correspondentie, zie hieronder:

I'm mailing with regard to order x,
On Februari 10th, I placed an order at Bodybuilding.com. One item was on backorder and since BB.com states that almost all backordered items will be in stock within 4-5 days, I decided to wait. I kept waiting after 4-5 days and BB offered me to ship the order without the backordered item. I decided to let BB.com ship the order without the backordered item. This order was sent on February 20th.
And as you propably can guess, I still have not received my order! It has been in Germany since February 27th. I honestly cannot believe that I paid almost 30 bucks for this painfully slow shipping process. Granted, I choose for the 'super saver' option, but this should take between 8 and 20 business days. And it's the 20th busisness day today and still no sign of my order...
Before leaving negative feedback on the largest bodybuilding community online in the Netherlands (forum.dutchbodybuilding.com), I think it's fair to give you the oppertunity to fix this issue.
How can you help me to resolve this issue?

Thanks for the email! I apologize for the confusion and delays on this, but let me explain the shipping process for you. As stated on the website, international orders must be in full stock to ship. A backorder situation will hold the order from shipping until it is back in stock from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long it takes the manufacturer to provide us with stock. Once the order ships, with the Super Saver Shipping (DHL Global Mail) as your method of delivery, it takes from 8-20days to arrive at your country's point of entry. Once it is received by your country it must be processed by the customs agency which can take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on the parcel volume and processing speed of the country. We have no control over customs import inspections and how long it will take for your package to clear, but we provide all necessary documentation for the package to clear as quickly as possible.
You can check the GM number here, [Link niet meer beschikbaar] . Remember that your GM number (GMx) is more of a delivery confirmation number and not a step-by-step tracking number. As of right now, your order's status has not yet updated since it left the US. But that doesn't mean it has stopped updating. Keep checking the link to see the updates as they come in.
