Mjah lijkt een aardige training maar ben er natuurlijk niet tevreden mee, niet het gevoel alles eruit gehaald te hebben met mijn nek. Naast chins geen rug omdat morgen pulls op het programma stonden.
wel een beetje aan de vroege kant he!ik begin daar morgen ochtend pas mee hoor hahaha
