Afgelopen week wat nauwkeuriger aan mijn macro's gehouden die ik een tijd geleden heb verhoogd.
Weeg terug een halve kilo minder t.o.v. twee weken geleden, vandaar de stagnatie in kracht de laatste sessies.
Dus terug verhogen.
