Mis jij de forum challenges ook of ben ik de enige?
Check. Ik dacht er laatst nog aan dat het naast een leuke challenge ook motivatie gaf all out te gaan. Alleen is mijn huidige kracht/conditie door de Corona sleur wat minder. Met de challenges was ik echt in goede vorm. Ik train nu voornamelijk omdat ik vind dat ik het moet blijven doen. Quitting is no option.
