Voor mij zeker.. idee zal zijn dat de werksets makkelijker aanvoelen. In mij beleving is dat voornamelijk nog in dezelfde training het geval, maar volgens artikel van Bill Starr moet het na de OHP, niet ervoor of tijdens. Ik wacht nog even de lange termijn effecten af, als ze bestaan. Misschien ligt Bill wel te gniffelen in zijn graf dat hij post-mortem toch nog weer even iemand iets debiels heeft laten doen.

nou ja, 10-15 reps is ook al veel met een bw van 90
en een paar is 2, en jij doet er 3x8 met +20 :)
Thanks, ja triceps van oudsher redelijk OK. Zolang de schouderblessure niet weer opvlamt (benchpress jaren ontzien maar nu weer aan het proberen) hoop ik vooruitgang te blijven boeken.
