hanging full leg raises (schenen tegen bar):
6-6x -> makkie, vlgd keer meer...
decline wide pushups (benen in slinge):

Opm:
de tucked lever kan ik nu 3 sec met 2 benen recht, dan 3 sec L + 3 sec R met 1 been ingetrokken, progressie!
