Had het gevoel dat het nog wel wat hoger zou kunnen.

Ben trouwens best trots dat ik met mijn 130 kilo toch nog uit stilstand op 105cm kan springen :)
Had het gevoel dat het nog wel wat hoger zou kunnen.

Dus we zien jay snel op de olympische spelen , de springende reus haha vet man nog even en je springt over me heen

Ja werkt goed. Zit nu op 4 gram sochtends en 4 gram savonds.
Wil mettertijd een beetje afbouwen om te kijken of het minder ook goed blijft gaan.

Last time I did 3 sets 5x150 and I want to get to a point where I can do them like 10 reps or so.

With the dimmels high rep I had to rest not out of lactic acid building up, but being out of breath :P

Still have that weird pain in my brachioradialis so I skipped chin ups again,
but found that I could do normal latpulldowns again without to much trouble.
Gonna massage it down after the workout and gonna get another dry needling session this week.

I tend to fallover when I'm at the bottom.
Did stretch my calfs a lot before the workout and wore weightlift shoes tho,
but I think those calfs need some more stretching next time.
