1) I'm 19 years old, almost 20.
2) I have been training for 2 years, but started seriously 1 year ago
3) Weight increased from 50kg to 75 kg
4) My meal schedule looks like:
1st meal: cereal+milk=around 60gr carbs and 25 protein
2nd meal: rice/pasta+chicken breast= 70-80 carbs 40 protein
